Fans who’ve missed taking a peek inside Keyshia Cole’s personal life, can breathe a sigh of relief now that the “I Remember” singer is heading back to BET.
BET’s most recent reality series with Keyshia, her second with the network, was titled “Keyshia & Daniel: Family First;” however, with she and her NBA hubby currently separated, the name of her new show is undetermined.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the third BET series will chronicle her “emotional journey as she confronts real-life issues, including her unstable marriage to NBA player Daniel Gibson…”
Keyshia isn’t the only music artist coming. Rapper Nelly and gospel artist Tamela Mann will also be starring in reality shows.
Nelly was most recently a cast member on the scripted “Real Husbands of Hollywood,” with Boris Kodjoe and Kevin Hart. This series will be his first foray into reality TV. Nelly is credited as an executive producer for eight-episode season that will “offer viewers an all-access pass to Nelly’s life,” according to BET.
That life includes his children and his late sister’s children, as well as his love interest, Miss Jackson, the ex-girlfriend of boxer Floyd Mayweather.
Tamela and David Mann have already been promoting their series, “Meet the Manns.” The show will invite viewers into the lives of the gospel-singing husband and wife who’ve been together for 26 years.
“These three shows are led by talent that our audience connects with but are also very different shows,” BET VP Charlie Jordan Brookins told THR.
