Flavor Flav has been arrested in Las Vegas on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
According to TMZ.com, the former Public Enemy hype man allegedly threatened a teen in his house with a weapon. Reportedly, the teen is the son of Flav’s fiancée.
Flav supposedly threatened the young man with a knife during an altercation that also involved the rapper’s fiancée.
It’s not clear what led up to the incident, but authorities said the incident started out as a verbal argument before things got physical. That’s when Flav’s bride-to-be called 911 for help.
The former "Flavor of Love" star was taken into custody around 3 a.m., on charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic violence. He’s being held on $23,000 bail.
