Mona Scott-Young doesn’t know exactly what it is about Stevie J, but she can’t deny that the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star has a way with women.
“There’s something disarmingly charming about him,” Mona told S2S Publisher Jamie Foster Brown.
Whatever it is Stevie has that causes women to lose their sanity, Mona prefers to have no parts of it.
“We have a running joke on production: Like, don’t look into his eyes. We don’t let Stevie take off his shades because we don’t know why he’s got these chicks enamored the way he does,” said Mona, who witnessed firsthand how Stevie wove a web around co-stars Mimi Faust and Joseline Hernandez.
While Mona said she gets a lot of credit for publicizing the Stevie J love triangle that was a huge part of “LHHATL” season 1, she said she’s often as shocked as viewers are about what goes down.
“Half the time my jaw is on the floor just like the audience’s is,” she said.
