Bobby Brown has been slapped with multiple DUI counts following his arrest earlier this week.
E! News reports that the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office has officially charged the "My Prerogative" singer with three counts of driving under the influence, and they carry different punishments.
Under the first count, Bobby was charged for DUI with a prior conviction. He also refused to take a chemical test when he was stopped by police early Wednesday morning.
Although Bobby is currently out on $25,000 bail, the first count carries a mandatory 2 to 4 jail sentence. The second third counts, however, come with up to six months in lock and up to $5,000 in fines.
To make matters worse, Bobby was not driving a car with a dashboard breathalyzer when cops stopped him, per court order. Add to that the fact that Bobby was driving on a restricted license and things are not looking good for the singer.
Bobby is expected back in court for arraignment on November 16. He faces up to six months in jail and $610 in fines if a judge rules that he has violated the terms of his probation.
