Gabriel Aubry is denying claims that he and Halle Berry were married despite what court documents state.
After last week’s Thanksgiving brawl with Halle’s fiancé Olivier Martinez, Gabriel sought out a protection order against the actor, who gave him a black eye. TMZ.com reports that the real shocker, though, was Gabriel listing Olivier as “fiancé of petitioner’s ex-wife" when he filed the necessary paperwork.
While Halle and Gabriel share a child, who is at the center of their nasty custody battle, it seemed they opted not to get married and remain very-committed boyfriend and girlfriend instead. The new court documents make it appear, however, that Halle and Gabriel were secretly hitched!
So did the Cloud Atlas star and Gabriel tie the knot? Someone from Gabriel’s camp denied the inference. Supposedly, any reference to Halle being his ex-wife is a clerical error.
