The greatest story ever told has become a Walt Disney World production.
Actor Blair Underwood has lent his smooth voice to the story of Jesus’ birth, reading it nightly until December 7 during the Candlelight Processional at Walt Disney World.
The Candlelight Processional is a longtime Disney tradition, and Blair is one of many celebrity narrators who’ll be reading throughout the Christmas season. Whoopi Goldberg did the honors November 30 – December 1, and Alfre Woodard gets her turn December 17 – 19.
Backed by a mass choir and 50-piece orchestra that performs Christmas classics like "O Come All Ye Faithful" and "Hallelujah Chorus," you can catch the show at 5 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. at Epcot’s America Gardens Theatre.
Check out Blair Underwood as he does his thing at Disney.
