Seven months after Michael Jackson’s death, Dr. Conrad Murray is one step closer to being formally charged in the case.
Sources told TMZ.com that the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office is ready to file a complaint against Conrad. The D.A. plans to charge him with involuntary manslaughter following Michael’s shockingly sudden demise last June. If convicted, Conrad could face up to four years in prison for the felony.
It’s reported that once the charges are file, Conrad intends to turn himself in. According to TMZ, the doctor is currently waiting for a call informing him that he’s officially been charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Reportedly Conrad plans to be on hand for his arraignment.
