T.I. might be able to live his life again, but he’s still got to be home by a certain time every night.
The rapper’s 366-day sentence officially ended today, but as his attorney told TMZ.com, T.I. still has a curfew of 11 p.m. There is an exception to the rule, though: If he’s performing, Tip can stay out until 1 a.m.
T.I. had been serving the last 30 days of his prison sentence under home confinement at a halfway house. But now that his time-out is up, he can return home to fiancée Tiny and their kids.
But he’s not off scott-free just yet. Under the terms of his plea deal, T.I. will be on probation for three years and must complete 400 hours of community service .
