Beverly Johnson’s ex-boyfriend has filed suit against the supermodel for bringing backup to their breakup.
TMZ.com reports Mark Anthony Burk is suing Beverly for emotional distress after she allegedly forced him to end their relationship at gunpoint. Allegedly she came to his house in January of 2009 armed with a gunman and a separation contract.
The suit states that Chuck Zito flashed his gun while Beverly loudly demanded that Mark ink the deal. The agreement would have paid him $2,000 to move out of her house.
Mark is also suing producer Robert Evans, who he claims was also involved in the dust-up.
