The actress hosted “Saturday Night Live” this weekend, the latest perk of her breakout role as the title character in Precious. People get her confused with the movie’s title character all the time, but it hasn’t gotten to her.
Gabourey made it clear that she is actually a well-adjusted, bubbly young woman enjoying all the success borne from the film. Sure, she may have been snubbed by the big awards shows, but “life is groovy” for the hot, young actress.
After watching this clip, we think she may be angling for a part on “Glee.”
