After a decent opening for her newest movie, Queen Latifah bought herself a castle.
Just Wright grossed $8.5 million at the box office this weekend, debuting at #4. Sales like those should go a long way to helping the Queen pay for her newest home, but it seems she has a roommate.
The Real Estate Stalker reports that the Queen and her personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins bought a house in Hollywood Hills. Property documents state that the ladies, both of whom are listed on the deed, paid $1,340,000 to purchase the home back in December.
The 2,026-square-foot house, previously owned by Henry Simmons of “Another World,” has three bedrooms and 2-and-a-half bathrooms. But the Queen and Jeanette got so much more for their money as the “mini-compound” also includes a gym.
