Chillin’ with the Williams at Wimbledon

    Day 3

    What’s going on,

I don’t know even know where to start after yesterday! Today was amazing. I ventured off into trying new food again, but this time I did with Serena’s family. That included her sisters Isha and Lyn, her nephews Jeff and Jair and her niece Justus.

We went to this Italian Restaurant in a village. We had a great time, nice conversations, and great food. Serena’s mom, Ms. Oracene Price, is so cool and laid back. You know I had to ask her for some pointers on tennis since she coaches the best tennis players in the world. Between you and me, I could tell that she didn’t want to give away her secret. (LOL)

I had a chance to joke around and catch up with Isha because she is always on the road. It can be hard getting a hold of her sometimes. Jeff just graduated from high school, so he and I had a conversation about his future plans for college. Can you believe that this wasn’t Justus’ first time at Wimbledon?! I was thinking to myself that I have to get out more. (LOL)

And, I plan to get out more. I am having a great time and I feel like I have a new family thanks to Venus and Serena!

    Day 4

    Hey Sister 2 Sister,

Wow, is all that I can say about my fourth day here in London.

Jay-Z is here. Yes, Jay-Z! And I had the honor of attending his concert thanks to my uncle who is friends with Jay! Fred, Shaq, Krystal and I had an amazing time at Hyde Park, and we had VIP bands which made it an experience that I will never forget for the rest of my life.

We were surprised to see people throwing up the Roc sign and knowing the words to the songs. I was like, “WOW” because people actually knew all of the words. I have to admit that I was a bit uncomfortable with people throwing up the Roc sign because of the “natural” body order that is not all that welcoming. (LOL)

Beyoncé, Madonna, Wale and many more celebrities were there too.

We had so much fun. I didn’t want to leave. If you follow me on twitter @bigmacvikings, then you saw the pictures that I tweeted. I wanted you all to feel as if you were there with me, which is why I decided to keep a blog journal of my “First Trip to London!”
