Unbeweaveable bulletproof hair

    While weaves have been known to save us from bad hair days or a potentially embarrassing run-in with the rain, it’s never been known to save our lives.

    Briana Bonds, a 20-year-old Kansas City, Missouri, woman, was saved from her ex-boyfriend’s .40-caliber bullets when one that was aimed at her head became lodged in one of her tracks. Briana rocks a shoulder-length, silky-straight red weave, and now she can add "bulletproof" to its attributes.
