Designer spring looks for less

Newsflash: we’re in a recession, homie. No one, not even cheating Wall Street folks, has money to throw around on trends that are here today and gone tomorrow. That’s why we took some of the biggest trends from the catwalks of New York, London and Paris, then found cheap, cute substitutes in our Looks for Less guide.

    Pretty in pink

Pink’s a classic spring color (it makes us think of Easter and pink lemonade), so you can’t go wrong replicating runway looks with any of these breezy, pink sundresses.

    One shoulder love

Designers said "later" to two straps and only gave you one for a lot of the cutest spring pieces. If the imbalance makes you feel uncomfortable, try a thin-strapped camisole underneath a more casual one-shoulder dress.

     Belt-buckle down

Belts are huge this season. Over sweaters or tees and especially over dresses, you cannot go wrong investing in quality belts or belted dresses.
