Al Jarreau has been rushed to a hospital in France after falling ill during a concert.
Reuters reports that Al, 70, collapsed during a show and was found to be suffering from respiratory problems. Upon arriving at the hospital he was admitted into intensive care.
“His condition is critical. He’s in intensive care," said a hospital official at Gap. "He is still conscious but slightly drowsy because of the medication and the breathing apparatus."
There’s no word on how Al is doing now. S2S reached out to his camp for comment today but had not heard back as of press time.
