Fantasia Barrino may be well enough to leave the hospital after suffering a drug overdose this week.
The embattled singer’s manager Brian Dickens told S2S today that she’s “doing good” and should be released today. Yesterday news broke that Fantasia was rushed to a North Carolina hospital after ingesting too much aspirin and sleep medication.
It wasn’t clear whether the overdose was intentional or not, but there is word that Fantasia may have taken too many pills on purpose. According to TMZ.com, a police report stated that the singer had actually attempted to commit suicide.
