Tiger Woods just moved into his bachelor pad in downtown Manhattan over the weekend.
A witness told UsMagazine.com, Tiger tried to make nice when he went around introducing himself as the new neighbor.
As of last Monday, Tiger’s divorce was finalized. Elin Nordegren and Tiger were married for nearly six years. The couple has two children together. Their daughter Sam is 3 years old and their son Charlie is 18 months old. The divorce settlement provides for shared parenting of the kids.
The divorced couple released a statement about the importance of their children’s happiness.
"While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us. The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new family situation," the former spouses said in the statement.
