Shaquille O’Neal has been slapped with a lawsuit for allegedly tampering with a former employee’s computer.

RadarOnline.com reports that Shawn Darling, an IT worker hired by Shaq, leveled a suit against the NBA player for intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy on August 3. The suit was filed in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and it also accuses Shaq of civil R.I.C.O., a racketeering charge.

Shawn claims that Shaq planted child pornography on his computer after the baller learned that Shawn was communicating with Shaq’s former mistress Vanessa Lopez. Supposedly, Shawn told Vanessa he had proof that Shaq was hacking into her phone system, changing her password and deleting messages in an attempt to cover up their tryst.

Allegedly, Shaq called upon authorities to help him frame Shawn so that he could keep the computer, which had evidence of the affair with Vanessa.

The IT specialist also claims that Shaq had him retrieve evidence of another affair with a woman named Alexis Miller, who filed a restraining order against the athlete. The suit states that once all signs of their relationship had been rounded up on one computer, Shaq threw the machine into a lake on his property.
