When Rihanna wore brightly painted, yellow nails, we thought it was just her inner wild child coming out. But when we also started to see the likes of Beyonce, Keyshia Cole, Christina Milian and Solange rocking the taxicab hue, we took notice and tried it out for ourselves.
Yellow nail color is pretty simple to pull off, since it goes with all of your bright spring clothes. But it’s also really easy to buy the wrong kind. It’s a light color so going the thin route (like we mistakenly did…but that’s another story), is nail suicide. Peep a few good polishes below, then get to painting.
