Eva Longoria didn’t drop a bomb on Tony Parker by filing for divorce; he saw it coming.
The NBA player released a statement yesterday explaining that he and Eva had been discussing the state of their relationship. "I was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles," he wrote.
Tony also disputed reports from TMZ.com that he was the first one to file for divorce that sprang up on Tuesday. "I did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California," Tony stated.
Finally Tony asserted that the public probably won’t be hearing the gory details of his divorce from the "Desperate Housewives" actress. "We plan to continue to keep our discussion of this matter private," he concluded.
