Chris Brown’s lawyer may be back in court before Breezy’s scheduled arraignment.
Mark Geragos, Chris’s lawyer, is calling for an unscheduled hearing before the singer’s arraingment next month. TMZ.com reports that this could be about whether Rihanna will testify against Chris.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg is now handling the case; she the one who signed the search warrant for this case.
Mark and prosecutors will meet in her office on March 23, but Chris won’t be there for the new hearing. The “Run It” singer will still be in attendance for his arraignment on April 6.
According to TMZ, the new hearing has nothing to do with Chris’ plea bargain.
