Rumors have been flying all week that Ginuwine was getting in LisaRaye McCoy’s jeans, but the singer says that’s not true.
LisaRaye may be playing his leading lady in the video for “Last Chance,” but for him, it ends there. “We did a video together. We’re friends. I respect her,” Ginuwine told S2S. “There’s more to it than that … but not on my end.” Hmm, could this mean that LisaRaye really was trying to get at the “Pony” singer?
Rumors of the tryst have caused problems in Ginuwine’s marriage with rapper Solé, but he said he loves her too much to leave or cheat. “The only thing I did wrong was not tell her who I was getting [for the video],” he admitted. “My wife don’t have nothing to worry about.”
The buzz was largely fueled by reports from Page Six that said Ginuwine and LisaRaye went to Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills together. A source told the tabloid that they "proceeded to kiss throughout their meal." However, Ginuwine paints a very different picture of what actually happened that night.
The rumor mill is at it again! Balleralert.com is reporting that Solé has now left Ginuwine over the LisaRaye rumors. We hope that’s something else that folks have gotten wrong.
