A Miami toddler is back with his family after wandering onto a bus by himself.
ABC News reports that a security camera caught 2-year-old Jackell Brown boarding a Miami-Dade transit bus after he managed to slip away from his guardian on December 2.
NBC Miami reports that Jackell had been on the bus for about 30 minutes a good Samaritan named Edgar Hurtado noticed that the child was alone. Edgar promptly told the bus driver about the tiny rider and police were called.
Jackell was reunited with worried family members shortly after. "I was real scared, panicked, nervous. About to go crazy," Jackell’s grandmother Vache Davis told NBC Miami. “I’m just glad he’s okay.”
The family was so glad to have Jackell back that they even joked about getting him a little bus for Christmas.
