Toni Braxton may be revealing a new side of herself in the pages of Playboy.
All things considered, 2010 wasn’t exactly a great year for Toni: She battled rumors of marital infidelity, tangled with concert promoters and had to file for bankruptcy again. That’s why she’s ready to tackle 2011 and make it a “sexy year.”
“New Year, New opportunities. So I have been considering taking up Playboy’s offer to feature me on their cover this year,” Toni announced via Twitter this morning.
The 43-year-old singer, who’s been approached by Playboy several times before, explained that while she’ll be showing a little skin that her spread would be fairly tame for the magazine’s standards.
“Of course it will be tastefully done,” Toni tweeted. “There [sic] are NOT talking that kind of spread! No Susie!!!! Just a lil T and A. They have asked me about 3 times before."
Toni’s got her own ideas about her photo shoot, and she’s playfully angling for a partner. “I would love to pose with Hugh Hefner though,” she teased. “He’s the sexiest guy I know over 30.”
