Romeo  will be hitting the hardwood one more time this season with the Trojans of the University of Southern California.

The Trojans beat seventh-seeded Boston College Eagles 72 – 55 on Friday night at the Metrodome in Minneapolis.

The game started out rough for the tenth-seeded Trojans who were four points behind at halftime, The New York Times reports.

The Trojans were able to surge back from that deficit and take an eight-point lead, making the score 52-44 in the third quarter.

“We’ve had some stretches where we’ve been very good defensively,” said USC Coach Tim Floyd. “Tonight we were much better in the second half.”

The Trojans were able to put 20 more points on the board before the final buzzer.

Next, they’ll be playing against the second-seeded Michigan State Spartans on Sunday at 5 p.m.
