It’s not that Ciara always pulls directly from her private journal to write songs, but … “Yeah,” the sexy R&B singer drawled out teasingly. “Some of them come from personal perspective, and some of them come from things that people talk to me about.”
Ciara recently released her latest album, Basic Instinct, and it’s easily her most aggressive collection of songs. The 25-year-old singer, who insists she’s very much single, crafted an in-your face album that puts men, and in some cases the women who might be after a taken man, in check.
