
Summer is just around the corner, but you still have time to get that bikini body. Here’s a 15-minute workout from Jeanette Jenkins, The Hollywood Trainer, to help you get ready to step out in your swimsuit.
Jeanette’s Bikini Bootcamp Workout
Do each exercise for 1 minute and then repeat the circuit three times.
Tip: Combine these exercises with her fat-burning tips, found in the March 2011 issue of Sister 2 Sister, for even better results.
Pliés (30 seconds with each leg)
Push-ups or Push-ups to Side Plank
Skater (low impact) or Jumping Jacks (high impact)
Turn-Out Squat with Overhead Triceps Extensions
Bicycle Crunches
