Wendy Williams is getting ready to expand her brand courtesy of her new production company!

The talk-show diva announced the launch of Wendy Williams Prods yesterday. The company will focus on developing and creating talk shows, reality shows and game shows for broadcast and cable.

According to Deadline.com, Lionsgate’s Debmar-Mercury will be a partner in Wendy’s production company. Wendy, who recently graced the big-screen in Think Like a Man, may appear on camera for some of her shows, but her main role will be behind the scenes as an executive producer. “This is a dream come true,” Wendy said in a statement. “As anyone who watches my show knows, I am a huge fan of all reality and game shows, and know a thing or two about talk.”

First up for Wendy Williams Prods is a reality show on Oxygen titled "Secret Celebrity," which puts famous people out among the masses. It’s part of her new development deal with Oxygen Media.

Oxygen describes the show as giving stars the chance to see how people really feel about them without the pesky risk of causing a riot.

"This fast-paced, humorous project will put today’s hottest stars right out among the public anonymously—courtesy of prosthetic makeup—to find out what unsuspecting fans, friends and family really think of them without the distraction of their famous personas," according to the network.

This announcement comes about six months after Wendy and Star Jones first mentioned teaming up together to create a made-for-TV version of Star’s Satan’s Sisters novel. There have been no updates concerning that project, so fans will just have to wait and see whether the two bring the prose to life.

In the meantime, Wendy will also have a hand in another major production because she has just joined the committee for Super Bowl XLVIII, which is coming up next year. Get the details when you scroll through Daily Buzz 2.5.13 below!
