Tracy Morgan’s not laughing when it comes to Charlie Sheen and his attempts at stand-up.
You know you’ve taken a wrong turn in life when Tracy Morgan calls you a "train wreck."
While promoting his new animated film, Rio, Tracy told Popeater.com that the public needs to stop worrying about his inebriated talk show appearances because he’s not the celebrity mess in Hollywood.
"There are things in this country that need to be given precedent instead of worrying if I drink," Tracy said. "I’m just a comedian. I’m not Charlie Sheen. Charlie Sheen ain’t funny to me."
He added, "I think that’s a train wreck and I feel bad for his two little kids because they’re the bodies being pulled out of the train wreck. What’s going to happen to them? But everybody thinks it’s a joke."
That was the nicest thing that Tracy could say about Charlie, despite his own well-documented past issues with substance abuse. Tracy has three kids of his own, and he’s stated that he made the decision to get sober years ago when his son asked him not to drink anymore. With that personal "rock bottom" under his belt, he’s letting Charlie know that he definitely isn’t winning at the fatherhood game.
"While this a$*hole is going on stage making a fool of himself his kids are going to suffer and don’t even know it because this is a cycle of abuse," Tracy said.
