“I am grateful that the judicial system has brought finality to this eviction process and I look forward to regaining possession of my home,” Kenya’s former landlord Conya Weems-Dillon told Radar.
Conya accused Kenya of failing to pay the total amount owed in rent in May. According to documents, Kenya owed nearly $4,000 but was $848 short of that total.
Apparently coming up short on the rent wasn’t the only issue Conya has had concerning Kenya’s stay in her home. Neighbors have reportedly complained that Kenya doesn’t maintain the property well.
“Owners are concerned that the value of the properties are going down because she has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even stored furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose,” a source told Radar.
Kenya counter-sued Conya charging her with wrongful eviction, slander and emotional distress; however, that lawsuit was dismissed by the Fulton County judge, according to Conya’s attorney.
Kenya isn’t the only “RHOA” star with residency issues. Her on-screen nemesis, Porsha Stewart, is reportedly living with her mother now after being locked out of the home she shared with estranged husband, Kordell Stewart.
