Cynthia BaileyWhatever medical issue Cynthia Bailey is dealing with, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans will learn all about it when season 6 premieres.

“I will be having surgery and rectifying the [situation]. That will play out on the show,” Cynthia told Radar Online after she deadened speculation that she’s pregnant with baby No. 2.

After photos of her from the recent Miss Universe pageant hit the Web, many thought the model-turned-reality star had another bun in the oven, but Cynthia explained via Twitter that it was a “medical condition” that caused the apparent weight gain.

“Thanks for all the congrats! However, I am not pregnant. I am dealing with a medical condition that makes me look pregnant. Stay Tuned….” Cynthia tweeted last week to fans.

“RHOA” viewers watched as NeNe Leakes underwent plastic surgery a few seasons back, but Cynthia’s may be the first necessary procedure that fans see take place on the show.

“I decided I did want to share it with the world because I felt like there is a lot of education in this process to take you guys on this journey with me because I really didn’t know a lot about it,” she said, not yet ready to share details.

Cynthia told Sister 2 Sister in December that she was looking forward to the rest of her 40s.

“I feel amazing in my 40s. I think that in every way, I’m more beautiful and more wise and sexier and everything. I love my 40s,” she said. Hopefully, her condition has reversed her enthusiasm for her 40s, but it has affected her.

“It has really changed my life and how I look at my health,” she said. “I really have to take care of myself. I have to make sure I make those yearly visits to the doctor and just get checked out.”
