Beyoncé & Jay-Z do Trayvon Martin rally
Beyoncé and Jay-Z got out with the people to stand up for Trayvon Matin. Music’s hottest power couple was among the crowd braving the blazing New York heat at a Justice for Trayvon Martin vigil over the weeked.
The demonstation started in Harlem before moving to Lower Manhattan. Bey and Jay opted against making a huge scene by deciding to mix in with the crowd. They decided to snap pics with fans between speeches. The pair also got a shot with Rev. Al Sharpton and Trayvon’s mother Sybrina Fulton, who spoke at the rally on Saturday.
“George Zimmerman started the fight and George Zimmerman ended the fight,” Sybrina told the crowd while standing at the National Action Network’s headquarters.“My son died without even knowing who his killer was. Today it was my son. Tomorrow it might be yours.”
