Diddy may sing “I Need a Girl,” but apparently Nicki Minaj isn’t her. This week, the Young Money diva explained why she parted ways with Diddy as her manager. She said she didn’t feel she got the “guidance the manager is supposed to give his client.” Ouch! Nicki clearly has no problem moving on seeing as she parted ways with her previous manger Debra Antney, Waka Flocka’s mom, before Diddy.
