Could Destiny’s Child be gearing up for a reunion? LeToya Luckett is fueling rumors that it will.
Will they or won’t they?
Rumors of a DC reunion aren’t new, but with the impending release of Beyoncé’s 4, the gossip has resurfaced. This time, it’s backed up by reports from the New York Post from a source that stated Columbia Records has discussed the possibility of getting the girls back together this fall.
Does that mean the ladies are really putting the past behind them to give fans what they’ve been waiting more than a decade for? “Sure, I’d definitely do it," LeToya told GlobalGrind.com. That’s assuming she’s offered a spot in the reunion of course.
It’s not clear who would be coming back for the possible reunion, though. When the original four members split up in 2000, it seemed like there was no love lost. At this year’s Billboard Music Awards, Bey thanked LeToya and LaTavia Roberson, for helping launch her career.
And LeToya and Kelly Rowland have recently patched things up and the ladies seem to be on good terms again. In fact, Kelly reached out to LeToya for some help with her foundation, I [Heart] My Girlfriends. Like any good friend, LeToya leaped at the chance to assist her former group mate.
