Beyoncé had to cut a show short due to some serious vocal problems.
MTV UK reports, the "Single Ladies" singer had to bring production for an ITV special to a grinding halt when she started losing her voice. Bey sturggled through "Crazy In Love," "Halo" and "Irreplacable" before she had to tap out.
Ever the consumate professional, Beyoncé apologized for her vocal problems throughout the portion of the performance she was able to complete. At one point she even got the audience sing the chorus from her song "Countdown," which appears on hew new album, 4.
Beyoncé blamed her packed workload for wearing out her pipes before making her exit. This could pose a big problem for the singer, whose label has supposedly signed her up for an 18-month promo schedule with very few breaks.
There’s no word on whether Bey is exploring any options to make the show up to the fans at the curtailed concert or whether ITV will attempt to tape another special with her.
