Ne-Yo is the latest star to be attached to Tyler Perry’s next film, I Can Do Bad All By Myself.
Singersroom.com reports that the singer-producer is working on an original song for Mary J. Blige that will debut with the movie.
Mary is sharing the screen with the likes of Taraji P. Henson and Gladys Knight. Tyler will also be stealing a few scenes as Madea.
The flick, which is based off Tyler’s play by the same name, will also feature performances by Gladys and Marvin Winans.
Filming for I Can Do Bad All By Myself has already begun and it will hit theaters on September 11. For now, Tyler is giving fans a peek of what’s to come with a teaser trailer.
