I read the little tidbit of the interview and it seems interesting. They only thing that I have a question about, at this point, is the fact that he stated that he is the oldest of four. I thought the he and M. Houston were brothers? Am I wrong? I know Houston is older than O.

I tend not to speculate about anybody's relationship because I (as well as most of you) have no real inside knowledge of what goes on between two people. Still, my heart cries each time I see couples end their marriages and leave children with the inability to be with both their parents on a continual basis. Toni and Kerry, I had hoped, would be one of those couples that weathered the storm; I'm saddened that they did not. My prayer for the two of them is to remember they have two precious children whose needs should supersede anything else that's going on between them. I would hope that they would be respectful to and of each other, because the rest of the nonsense is nothing more than something for people to gossip and speculate about.

Okay. Has no one talked to Barry or what? Why is the man being held if he was a guest?

Black women are no longer going to give it to you and those like you, so a non-Black woman can live a wealthy life that (many times, poor) Black women have paid for.

The days are over that Black women support the growth of Black men just to have them leave us in the dust and do NOTHING to help our plight. We were supposed to go to the promise land with you--Damn it!!!!!

Too many Black youth of today are out of control because they don't have fathers, father figures and they don't see Black men love, honor, or cherish their mommas and those that look like their mothers..

Men are providers and protectors of their women, children and communities and Black men are failing at that natural and innate task. Too much poverty (not providing) and too much crime (not protecting); it's a undeniable reality!!

At least Bill Cosby is trying to distill a disciplinarian atmosphere that is NECESSARY to stop the dramatic decline of Black progress.

The Youth of today don't need a pitty party, they need a swift kick in the butt to do better--that is the ONLY way to change our downward spiraling.

Rap Crap became the KKK of the last two decades and you, Russell, allowed that to happen, looked the other way,and/or directly participated in it.

I agree with Tyler. I watch anything that this man has his hands in. I also love for my children to watch his plays and movies. They watch more of them than I do. As for Spike, he needs to get somewhere and rent some of Tyler's movies/plays and think about the statement that he made, and maybe realize how stupid it was.
