The shocking results of Michael Jackson’s first autopsy have been leaked.
 
Doctors found that the singer had wasted away to 112 pounds and that his stomach was devoid of any contents with the exception of some half-digested pills, according to The Sun.
 
Results also reveal that his hips and thighs were speckled with needle wounds; they think could have been caused by injections of narcotic painkillers like Demerol.
 
Michael’s face was also laced with scars, which are believed to be the result of 13 cosmetic surgeries. Beyond that, the bridge of his nose had vanished and the right side had collapsed a bit. And they discovered that Michael had gone nearly bald. Pathologists said he was wearing a wig at the time of his death because his hair had been reduced to “peach fuzz.”
 
“He was skin and bone, his hair had fallen out and had been eating nothing but pills when he died,” said a source close to Jackson. “Injection marks all over his body and the disfigurement caused by years of plastic surgery show he’d been in terminal decline for years.”
 
The Sun reports that several of Michael’s ribs had been broken while rescuers tried to administer CPR after he suffered cardiac arrest on Thursday afternoon. 
 
Doctors also believed that Michael had suffered a bad fall recently as evidenced by cuts on his back. What coroners weren’t able to explain was they bruising they found on his knees and shins.
 
 Michael’s family requested a second autopsy over the weekend, which reportedly was carried out at secret location. There is no word on the results of that autopsy.
