Forever 21 is a hip, affordable retail chain that does mass-market spins on designer duds like no other. Their latest collection, called Twist, ventures out of familiar territory and enters into the land of bright ruffles, bold stripes and way-up-there party dresses.

FabSugar reports that the line was inspired by the circus, which is evident in the incredible volume of the skirts and dresses. We love it, but what do you think?
