Ray J is restarting his look for love on VH1 tonight while Diddy begins the search for a new assistant.
 
“For the Love of Ray J 2” starts tonight at 9 p.m. EST, but we’ve got a peek at the premiere for you below. In this clip, VH1 introduces the latest batch of women vying for Ray J’s attentions. We remember that the last group could get pretty ruthless, but the drama this season starts soon as the girls get in the door. Tthe first fight is not over Ray, though.
 
We immediately see a few of the familiar themes in the video below, specifically plotting by the pool.
 

 
After Ray J sends away his first thirsty ladies (no champagne for them), Diddy will go in on a group of applicants eager to be his new assistant on “I Want To Work for Diddy 2.” Apparently, he didn’t find the right person for the job last time around.
 
“What’s it like working for me? It’s a little like working in hell,” Diddy admits in the season opener. “Working for me is the best job in the world.”
 
Diddy makes people work hard for their opportunities, and we see a few folks that are going to have some problems. Granted sleeping outside is not the ideal way to start an interview, but this is not a typical job.  Hopefully Diddy can hook his people up with some beds the next night.
