Nas wants to take care of new son Knight Jones, but not his estranged wife Kelis.
 
TMZ.com reports that the rapper has filed papers asking a judge to block Kelis’ spousal support. The two had been locked in a court battle for weeks leading up to Knights’ birth in late July.
 
Hours after delivering the baby, a judge awarded Kelis more than $30,000 a month in spousal support. Nas was also ordered to pay $9,027 in monthly child support. The singer is still seeking $72,728 a month from the rapper.
 
The recently filed papers also show that Nas is asking for joint custody of his baby boy.
