Brandy has settled out of court with the parents of the victim in her car crash.
 
Brandy can finally close the chapter of her life that began with a fatal accident one early December morning in 2006. According to TMZ.com, the terms of the settlement are being kept secret.

The remorseful singer ran into the back of a car on an interchange in Los Angeles, which set off a chain reaction of car crashes that left one driver, Awatef Aboudihaj, dead.
 
Over the last several years, Brandy has been making settlements with the victim’s family.  Earlier this year, Brandy settled with Awatef’s two children who each received $30,000. Now, she has reached a settlement with Awatef’s parents for undisclosed amount. 
 
An injured driver, Mallory Ham, had also reached a settlement with the singer earlier this year.
