9. Swizz Beatz denies tax problems
Despite recent reports, Swizz Beatz said he’s all caught up on his taxes.
TMZ.com reported yesterday that the "Everyday Birthday" producer owed the IRS about $2.6 million. On top of that, the state of New York also supposedly filed a lien against Swizz for unpaid taxes from 2010 totaling just over $98,200.
When he went on BET’s "106 & Park" yesterday, Swizz admitted that he did have some tax trouble back in 2006. However, he updated fans that he’s in good standing with his taxes.
"First and foremost, I don’t have no tax issue," he said. "And if I have a $100,000 tax issue, I’m in serious trouble."
