8. Karine Steffans denies ‘BBW: LA’ casting
Karrine Steffans can’t believe that people think she’s been cast for "Basketball Wives: LA." Although whispers that she’d been added to the roster began circulating earlier this month, Karrine said she won’t be on the show.
“You people are so f*@king gullible and easily confused by the N-gga News Network," she recently tweeted. "If I were casted, it would be announced thru a REAL ent news medium, not [MediaTakeOut]."
For good measure, she added, "AGAIN: I am not going to be a cast member on Basketball Wives or any other reality show.”
And Karrine questioned how anyone could entertain the chatter as believable when she has no connections to anyone in the NBA.
"Why would I be on Basketball Wives when I don’t even know any basketball players, their friends, family or wives?" she asked, adding that her husband is not a pro baller. "Why would I be on Basketball Wives when I don’t even WATCH Basketball Wives?"
