Michael Clarke Duncan’s last film before his untimely death is about to make its big debut. The actor plays a tough-but-loving teacher in his role as Mr. Hollis in In the Hive.
The film, which also stars Loretta Devine and Vivica A Fox, is based on a true story and centers on a troubled North Carolina student, played by Jonathan McDaniel. In the Hive, which was directed and produced by Robert Townsend, examines what happens to the young man when he enters an alternative school.
