1. Obama, Biden sworn in for seconds on Sunday
President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden were sworn in for a second term late Sunday morning in two separate private ceremonies.
Shortly before noon, President Obama recited the oath administered by Chief Justice John Roberts.
Vice President Biden was sworn in by Justice Sonia Sotomayor, the first Hispanic American to administer a presidential oath.
President Obama and Vice President Biden repeated their oaths in a public, televised ceremony held in front of the Capitol building Monday morning in front of a crowd of over 1 million people.
