VH1′s new reality show, "Black Ink Crew" follows the lives of "the girls and guys that run this black-owned and operated tattoo shop" in Harlem. The employees are described as a "tight, but totally dysfunctional family."
Viewers will meet Dutchess, Puma, Ceaser and more when the hour-long docu-series premieres Monday, Jan. 7 at 9 p.m. EST.
