3. Gabriel Aubry drops charges against Halle Berry’s fiancé
There’s word that Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry have reached an agreement about custody of their daughter Nahla and that nasty Thanksgiving throwdown with Olivier Martinez at her house.
RadarOnline.com reports that Gabriel, who came away from the brawl with a black eye, will not press changes against Olivier.
"Gabe has agreed to drop legal proceedings for the temporary restraining order against Olivier to be made permanent. Gabe suffered horrific injuries from the fight, but as part of the settlement he reached with Halle on Thursday, he agreed to drop the bid for the permanent restraining order," a source said. "Gabe feels that there are enough layers of protection in the settlement agreement that will protect him and Nahla in the future."
There won’t be any chance run-ins with Gabriel and Olivier during drop-offs, either. For their part, Halle and Olivier, who was supposedly raised in a family of professional boxers, will cover Gabriel’s medical bills. "’Without admitting ANY guilt," the insider said, "Olivier agreed to pay for Gabe’s medical bills because he suffered the brunt of the injuries from the fight."
