Beyoncé and her people haven’t made any official comment on her performance at President Barack Obama’s Inauguration.
A source close to her camp revealed, however, that Bey didn’t see a problem with singing over a pre-recorded track. "She didn’t think there was anything wrong with it,” the source explains.
The tipster added that Bey made the decision to perform over a track because she wanted to pull off a flawless performance despite the frigid temperatures on Monday. “Pavarotti has done it! It was freezing out, and if she messed up just one note, that would have been the story," the source said.
“Everybody uses these tracks, and the music director advised it. Any big outdoor live performance is almost always with some kind of track," the insider said, adding that Bey is very disappointed about all the hub bub. “A technicality which everybody does took away from the beauty of the moment.”
