Evelyn Lozada shows off her abs
Bikini season is still months away, but Evelyn Lozada is already ready to hit the beach. The “Basketball Wives” star showed off her semi-six pack on Instagram. Envious of Ev’s abs? No need to hate, she shared her top six fitness tips with Latina.com:
1. Don’t be lazy – Try to be active as much as you can!
2. Work out in the morning – Working out in the morning will boost your metabolism.
3. Do more than 15 minutes of cardio – It honestly takes more than 15 minutes for your body to begin metabolizing fat.
4. Stop using the scale – Find that pair of jeans that you want to eventually fit into…then try them on each week.
5. Be aware of what you put into your body – When I want to fuel my body prior to a workout, I do not drink sports drinks or coconut water [due] to the calorie intake.
6. Don’t work out everyday – Bottom line, your muscles need to relax.
